Dr. Rorrer is the Founder and Executive Director of ASR Insights, a boutique research and evaluation consulting firm specializing in the Science of Broadening Participation in computing disciplines. She has led regional, national, and international research and evaluation efforts across a myriad of educational programs and initiatives designed to catalyze diversity and inclusion in technological fields. Her work includes student, faculty and organizational outcomes measurement within educational and corporate settings. Dr. Rorrer enjoys mentoring and training university students in evaluation and applied research practices. She is also a Research Associate Professor in the Computer Science Department at the University of North Carolina Charlotte. Her doctorate is in an applied area of Educational Psychology.
